MES publishes list of Uzbek cities and towns located in seismically active zones 

Uzbekistan is located in a seismically active zone. According to official data, 359 cities and towns in the republic are located in seismically active zones. In these places, earthquakes can be from 7 to 9 points or even higher. Specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), in cooperation with the relevant departments, studied these settlements and published their complete list.
