Self-employed individuals can now offer passenger transport services
The activity of transporting passengers in light vehicles within cities, suburban areas, and intercity routes has been added to the list of services that self-employed individuals can engage in.

These individuals will be able to perform this activity under a license certificate, as outlined in a newly adopted Presidential Decree on "Additional Measures for Creating Favorable Conditions for the Stable Development of the Services Sector."
Starting April 1, 2025, tax authorities will implement the following procedures when violations are detected in businesses or in local enterprises assigned to them:
- A warning for the first offense.
- If the tax violation is not eliminated within 3 days after the warning or is found again, it will be grounds for conducting a mobile tax inspection.
- The mobile tax inspection will be conducted by registering it in the "Unified State Control" information system within 24 hours, and the Business Ombudsman will be notified.
- The results of the mobile tax inspection, based on the official record, will serve as the basis for making a decision regarding the mobile tax inspection.
