UZEX launches foreign trading platform
“The Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UZEX) in cooperation with “ETS Commodity Exchange” of Kazakhstan has launched a trading platform in Almaty,” the press service of the UZEX reported.
At the initial stage, through this trading platform, Kazakhstan will sell polyethylene, polypropylene, cotton and non-ferrous metals, as well as grain products, coal and cement to Uzbekistan.
The founder of the trading platform is “Alta and K” brokerage firm. The company intends to organize the participation of Kazakh companies in the exchange trades in Uzbekistan jointly with the UZEX.
