Low-cost airline Humo Air launching domestic flights in six directions
Ticket prices start from 155 thousand soums.
By the end of this year, the private airline Humo Air will receive three Airbus A320 aircraft, Spot said with reference to the press service of the air carrier.
On October 25, Humo Air held its first press conference at which the airline's plans were announced. The company currently has more than 100 employees.
In the next three months, Humo Air plans to carry out 1,000 flights, serving 200,000 passengers.
The company notes that the airline’s activities will be aimed at developing domestic tourism. In particular, the low-cost airline will launch daily flights to Samarkand, Bukhara, Karshi, Nukus, Urgench and Termez.
The cost of air tickets in these directions will start from 155 thousand soums.
In 2024, Humo Air intends to begin flying to Almaty, Istanbul, and Dubai.
At the end of last year, the Swiss investment company ValleyRoad Capital S.A. bought 100% of the state share in Humo Air for 27.2 billion soums. It was planned that the new owner would receive the first three aircraft and launch regular flights by the end of June 2023.
